If the user is using iOS Quiver/Quiver Edu and photos and videos aren't saving to the device, it's probably because the first time they saved they chose not to allow the app access to photos.
To solve this, go into Settings->Privacy->Photos and make sure Quiver and/or Quiver Edu has the sliders set to the right (green).
