From your email, it sounds like the app may be having issues connecting to our server to download our content. This is sometimes the case at schools which have a very strict network firewall.
There are a few ways to resolve this problem.
1) Ask your IT manager to allow access to the following websites:
api.colarapp.com
colarmgmtprod.blob.core.windows.net
With HTTPS access on port 443
2) Take the devices home/connect to a non restrictive network. Once the pages have been scanned once, the content will remain on the device until the app is uninstalled, so you will not need to remain connected to the network
3) We have a new app, Quiver Education, which comes packaged with all our content unlocked for a one off purchase cost. Because all the content is packaged into the app, no network connection is required.
